The first general assembly in the form of a Chapter at Notre Dame du Gard (or more strictly, the second, since Père Schwindenhammer was officially elected Superior General on 10.02.1853). There are 28 members of the Chapter. The Règlements of 1849 are approved, as well as a plan for a new edition of the Rules which will incorporate the practice of religious life, community living, a distinctive habit and various other matters relating to internal organisation.

Première assemblée générale en forme de Chapitre à N.D. du Gard (le 2nd en fait, le P. Schwindenhammer ayant été élu régulièrement Supérieur général le 10.02.1853), avec 28 membres. Les Règlements de 1849 sont approuvés ainsi qu'un projet de nouvelles Règles avec la pratique de la vie religieuse, la vie en communauté, un costume distinctif et des dispositions d’organisation intérieure.

Primeira assembleia geral em forma de Capítulo em Nª Sª do Gard (de facto era o segundo Capítulo, pois o P. Schwindenhammer tinha sido eleito regularmente superior geral em 10.02.1853). Estão presentes 28 membros. Os Regulamentos constitutivos de 1849 são aprovados assim como um projecto de nova redacção das Regras comportando a prática da vida religiosa, a vida em comunidade, a adopção dum hábito próprio e diversas disposições relativas à organização interior.
