Central African Republic
At the request of Mgr. Grandin, l’Abbé Barthélémy Boganda puts himself forward for the legislative elections and is returned with a large majority. He takes his seat in the Parliament in Paris and in 1958 he becomes the founder of the Central African Republic.

A la demande de Monseigneur Grandin, l'Abbé Barthélémy Boganda se présente aux élections législatives. Il est largement élu et, député, il part siéger au Parlement (Paris). Il deviendra le fondateur de la République Centrafricaine en 1958.
