Pope Leo XIV’s Missionary Appeals: A Call to Renewed Evangelization
The apostolic journey of Pope Leo XIV to France from 25 to 28 September 2026 was more than a pastoral visit. It was a missionary pilgrimage that spoke powerfully to the Church in Europe and to all those engaged in the Church’s evangelizing mission across the world. Through his visits to Paris, Lourdes, and Metz, the Holy Father offered a compelling vision of a Church renewed in faith, rooted in hope, and courageously committed to proclaiming the Gospel in today’s world.
