Rather than sacrifice justice and goodness, I have accepted to be persecuted. It is those who persecute who are miserable; to suffer for justice, to be punished for the sake of good, this is a blessing. The only sure happiness is in gentle goodness. Le "Centre artisanal et agricole" (Misserghin) continue ses activités comme école privée agréée par l'Etat algérien. C'est le début d'une ère nouvelle de présence missionnaire dans l'esprit de Vatican II.

Sofrer pela justiça, chorar provisoriamente, para ser bom, isso sim é que é bem-aventurança: a única ventura firme é a mansa bondade... Para não ser lacaio dos tiranos, para ser fiel à fraternidade e à justiça entre os homens, é preciso ter a coragem de ter razão e animar os que têm. Por isso o “Reino de Deus é de violência, e os violentos o conquistam”.
